This proof of concept stores account details and pet health records solely to provide the tracking and sharing service. Access is limited to account holders explicitly associated with a pet and recipients of active secure share links.

Production deployment must publish the final controller identity, retention period, lawful basis, contact route and deletion process before onboarding public users.
